Reimund's Signature Series Dressings and Marinades

Festival

This signature dressing truly reflects the complex nature of its creator. A unique blend of acidic and sweet, balanced with the depth of fresh herbs and a touch of anchovy. Perfect for all types of greens and vegetables, but stands up well to the addition of meats or poultry.

Low Fat Honey Dijon

An excellent version of a now universal favorite that offers sweet and savory aspects, as well as the added benefits of low calories and fat free content. The finest quality ingredients make this dressing hold up well to heartier greens such as spinach and perfectly dresses meat salads such as chicken and turkey. It can even double as a marinade for poultry or pork.

Carrot - Ginger

East and West meet in perfect harmony. Sweet and pungent, this dressing is multi-functional. Use on baby greens with crunchy sprouts and nuts or as a sauce for sushi or grilled seafood. Try it as a base for a cold soup or an accent for chilled, spicy noodles.

Creamy Pepper-Parmesan

A simple, straight-forward combination of high quality ingredients results in a hearty dressing that perfectly compliments the flavors of greens like arugula, radicchio and frisee, leaving the palate with a satisfying richness of the parmesan and depth of freshly cracked black pepper.

Roasted Shallot and Herb

Transport your taste buds to the Mediterranean. Use this dressing as you would any classic vinaigrette, but do not stop there. The flavors of fresh herbs and roasted shallots are a perfect match for any roasted or grilled entrees ranging from poultry to game meats or use it on grilled vegetables to create delicious antipasti.

Coconut -Orange

This exotic vinaigrette adds an island flair to the salad course. Serve it well chilled to offset the spicy foods of the Caribbean or Southeast Asia with its sweet yet tangy quality.

Sun-Dried Tomato and Thyme

With flavors reminiscent of sun-drenched countryside, this marinade adds depth and richness to pork, beef and a variety of poultry. As a dressing, it also compliments hearty vegetable salads and pastas with the qualities of a fine vinaigrette.

Spicy Asian

Subtle sweetness balanced with fiery flavor are the highlights of this versatile marinade. Appropriate for a variety of meats, poultry and seafood, this sauce also doubles as an accent to vegetable and noodle dishes or as a high profile dipping sauce for classic appetizers.

Floribbean

The bright, fresh flavors of Florida and the Caribbean join together in this aromatic marinade bringing out the best of this cuisine in beef, pork and chicken. It is equally excellent as a marinade for uncooked, cold selections such as ceviche, beef or tuna carpaccio and exotic as a salad dressing.
